Terms & Conditions:
• All tickets purchased through the online booking facility are non-refundable.
• Ticket holders must arrive and check-in at the visitor centre a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment tour time, failure to do so means a forfeit of your tour place and ticket.
• If not collecting in the ticket office, it is the customer’s responsibility to have a pre-printed copy of their e-ticket available for inspection; or to have access to same on their mobile phone in a format suitable for inspection.
• Tickets purchased through the online booking facility are only valid on the day and time for which they are purchased. Tickets are non-transferable to other times or dates.
